Job Description:
• Experience in Kamailio/Freeswitch/Opensip
• Experience in UCaaS/HostedPBX /Class4/5 Switch
• Knowledge of following protocols:TCP/UDP/TLS/SDP/RTP/SRTP/HTTP
• Experience in following languages : C / C+/PHP/PYTHON/Node.JS
• Knowledge on PSTN lines
• Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN
• Good knowledge of value-added features such as Voicemail, ACD, IVRS, CTI, etc
• Familiarity with SIP / SDP protocol / Softphones
• Familiarity with MySQL
• Knowledge of Linux / server administration
• Firewall, Security
• Knowledge of WebRTC
• Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (PBXs)
• Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques (both Hardware and Software)
• Experience in team handling and project management.
