Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Location:   Pune

• PLC / SCADA programming

• Understanding of P&ID, panel drawings

• Development of Process Functional Design including Control write-up

• High level Interface (Profibus/Modbus/Profinet etc.)

• Testing & commissioning of PLC/SCADA Control System

• Documentation (FDS/SDS/FAT/ SAT/ Training/ O&M)

• Provide support, implementation and maintenance of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), 

        Distributed Control System (DCS), and other control systems.

• Design, program, install and maintain application, networks to support SCADA applications.

• Design, develop, and modify programs and implement new functionality of SCADA/DCS Systems.

• Implement, maintain and support systems related to SCADA/DCS applications.

• Install new releases and program fixes for SCADA/DCS system applications, software, and hardware.

• Provide database administration and maintenance, maintain security of SCADA/DCS and other control systems, 

         databases, and applications.

• Act as SCADA /DCS control systems administrator.

• Update process and instrumentation loop diagrams and documentation including schematics, drawings and as-built drawings.

• Provide network security, and troubleshooting of local SCADA /DCS area network related problems.

• Train and provide technical assistance to operations and maintenance staff in SCADA/DCS applications.

• 3-5 Years hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA programming of reputed industrial SCADA systems.

• Work with Fieldbus such as Profibus, Modbus, ProfiNet and Ethernet/IP in term of best configuration and

        optimization for the system

• Dynamic team player with interpersonal expertise

• Good communication skills

• Candidates MUST be able to work independently

• Knowledge of the SCADA, DCS and PLC is a must.

• Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly ACAD, Visio etc
