Job Description:
• Design, development and maintenance of high-performance jobs in Datastage 11.0 and above.
• Complete understanding of Datastage components.
• Capability to create Parallel and sequence jobs with complex logic in Datastage.
• Knowledge of SQL is a must.
• Actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and understand client requirements.
• Work closely with Customer.
• Performance tuning of SQL and Datastage jobs.
• Knowledge of XML stage in Datastage is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cognos is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) solution using IBM DataStage for data movement / integration / cleansing and other data processing needs.
• Develop / perform SQL query extraction in Netezza DB.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and provide support to users.
• Monitor ETL job operation, recovery, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Prepare business & technical documentation for ETL solutions.
