Responsibilities:-

·        rnResponsible foroverall Counseling Initiatives ofrnthe Consulting admission Business.

·        rnWill be Heading and driving Counselingrnactivities of the Organization.

·        rnDevelop, manage and coach Counseling team

·        rnTo be single point of contact for clients tillrnthe case is successfully converted.

·        rnEnsure minimum escalation while upholding therncompany’s policy of quality services.

·        rnResponsible for the overall Conversion &rnteam targets in terms of number of closures  achieved.

·        rnTake decisions during counseling to assessrnstudents’ capability to undertake appropriate Courses

·        rnRegular training of the team so as to keep themrnupdated with various fee structure of courses.

·        rnCoordinate with various Institutes to gatherrninformation about seat availability, fee structure etc.

·        rnActively participates and contributes to universityrnvisits, fairs and events whenever required.
