Manager Fund Raising
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for raising Funds for the Organisation
Work actively towards achieving the fund raising targets through different Fund Raising activities and Techniques.
Responsible for Conceptualizing, designing and implementing fundraising plans, Monthly, quarterly action plans.
Preparation of effective proposals for grants / donations etc as well as involve in fundraising marketing material and content and Communications
Fund raising through Corporate Social Responsibility. (CSR) and Web Based Fundraising activities
Responsible for conducting various fundraising initiatives, events and Campaigns
Responsible for identifying and closing new Donors and Sponsors while maintaining relationship with current supporters and donors
Drive and monitor the team to ensure that Fund Raising targets are achieved
Responsible for branding, Public Relations
Develop, train, Drive, Support and monitor the team
The incumbent will play a key role in the development and implementation of fundraising activities towards securing funding for the organization.
Responsible in ensuring complete confidentiality of the donors information as well as that of the organization.
Responsible in conducting risk analyses, time cost ratios towards identifying the most appropriate fundraising activities with the highest chance of success to focus effort upon.
At least 5 plus experience in Fund Raising Activities in NGO/ Trusts /Corporate fundraising platforms.
Must have proven record of successful applications for substantial funding from Donors/ Trusts /Sponsors nationally or internationally.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Donors/Sponsors
Experience working with an NGO would be an added advantage
Candidate should have excellent networking and communication skills
Proven experience in Concept/Proposal writing, Documentation and Report writing skills
Willingness to travel
Strong proposal writing skills
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent persuasive, negotiation and convincing skills
Should have an exposure in fundraising from Corporate institutions.
Graduate /MBA degree or equivalent
