• Counseling students about admission procedures at various colleges / Institutions
• Tele-counseling sessions with students about various course prospects
• Convincing students & their parents about particular courses and colleges
• Guiding students about various career options available at different institutions
• Following up with the students via email and phone calls.
• Mentoring Jr. Counselors to achieve their daily call targets.
• Maintaining a clear track of students and their details for follow ups and data base purpose.
• Responsible for over All business Development through positive branding and positioning of the company within the student community.

• Should be able to speak Hindi
