We are a premier Education Consulting Company with around 15 years experience in Educational Field, Offering services to numerous colleges & universities in India. We are looking to engage Counselors at various levels for a variety of courses in order to recruit students for various colleges. He/she will be expected to drive the company�s efforts to achieve its sales targets for admission in Higher & professional education category.
Responsibilities:-
Counseling students about admission process to various colleges.
Assess suitability of a student to undertake appropriate Course.
Overlooking the counseling efforts made by junior counselors.
Single point of contact for all customers till the time queries is converted to business.
Train Jr. Counselors on about different courses, application process, admission procedures.
Helping junior counselors to achieve their target and proactively engaging with the customers.
Ensure excellence in service delivery to the students being counseled
Collating the complete team report and update the same in MIS.
