Description :
•Will be primarily responsible for Inside Sales
•Cold Calling
•Generate & Qualify leads
•Customer Engagements: Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyze & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visits (As per necessity)
•Develop prospect lists & create customer data base
•Enquiry generation, Co-ordination with Tech. Support on Technical requirements
•Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets
•Identifying & Participating in International Exhibition- Plant Engineering Services
•Vendor Registrations
•Vendor Management
Key Skills/Abilities
Required Skills:
•Understanding on Engineering Services Business
•Basic Understanding on domains such as Oil & Gas, Power, Process, Water etc
•Possess very good interpersonal and Communication skills (speaking & writing)
•Very strong experience in lead generation / cold calling
•Should be good at preparing power point presentation
•Competent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
•Flexible working attitudes and availability to work outside normal working hours if required
•Good networking
Education Required
•A Bachelors in Engineeringas a minimum.
•MBA would be preferred
•At least 2 years working experience in Business Development
