Job Description:

•  Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals, Networking, Head Hunting, references and creative sourcing techniques.

•  Initial screening and short listing of candidate as per job description and job specification.

•  Scheduling the candidates and putting them for an interview.

•  Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fill the Position.

•  Coordination with the candidates till the offer is rolled out.

•  Handling requirements of various experience level from Junior to Top Management.

•  Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and maintaining systematic database.

Desired Profiles:

•  Understanding of the HR recruitment process within consulting business.

•  Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment

•  Involved in end to end recruitment cycle preferably in IT Sector for Product & Services companies.

•  Should have self- created database, own network of contacts and Social Networking.

•  Willing to do & Go getter attitude

•  Should possess good convincing skills
