Description :
•Support for North America and Latin America regions
•Creation/Deletion of SAP users accounts based on the type with requested access after appropriate approvals.
•GRC 10 issue support and maintenance ( ARM and EAM tools )
•Setting up access rights based on the request from users.
•Periodic review and revision of application security roles to accommodate the changing needs of the business.
•Understand of SAP Project Landscapes management from Design to Run
•Understand of SOX, Audit and Segregation of Duties issues and role remediation and Ensuring SOX Compliance and Segregation-of-Duties (SOD) are in place when access is assigned.
•Round the clock support in emergency situations either remotely or from office.
Job Requirements
•Education : Degree
•Additional : SAP Security certification.
•Languages : English, Spanish/Portuguese required
•Shift : Night Shift – Remote support
•Experience : 1-2+ years in a similar role. Experience in a reputed company is a plus.
•Competency and Soft Skills:
•Strong Knowledge and Experience with SAP Authorization Concept, Roles, User Administration and SOD conflict resolution.
•Detailed knowledge and ability to efficiently and accurately troubleshoot SAP security errors.
•Experience in Customer interaction & Customer support
•Very good communication skills in English, Spanish / Portuguese
•Patient and friendly on phone/email
