•Cutover implementation support
•BASIS configuration administration
•First line SAP performance and tuning
•Expertise in Netweaver and Dual stack administration
•System rebuilds in ABAP and JAVA stack
•Expertise in Oracle Database 11g
•Oracle database backup and recovery
•Upgrade and maintenance of SAP systems
•Evaluation and design of interfaces between SAP R/3 and external systems
•Provide emergency support 7 days x 24 hours for SAP Basis on a rotating schedule.
