•3 to 8 years of experience in scheduling & orchestration of batches using Tidal
•Good knowledge on Tidal Transportation
•Strong knowledge on batch architecture - Facets batches and other custom batches
•2 to 8 years of experience in Health Plan core business with Facets as the Claims adjudication system
•Should have strong understanding of various Facets modules and its respective data models
•Strong experience on Oracle/ PLSQL with at least 2 to 8 years of development experience
•Should be able to do Windows & Unix scripting
•Strong hands on experience on VB.Net
•Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
•Good communication and presentation skills and must have the ability to work with people in various groups and departments.
•Self-starter with ability to manage priorities.
