Roles and Responsibilities: 

� Accountable of ensuring Report Portfolio Governance is in place across GSD organization and establish liaison with stakeholders to ensure Report Portfolio brings a single version of the truth 

� Accountable for central administration of Report Portfolio to drive standardization rationalization and simplification and customer satisfaction 

� Accountable for on time reporting delivery and report quality

� Handle reporting prioritization to match reporting production with dynamic IS needs ensuring properly schedule and delivery 

� Handle operational relationship with Reporting Stakeholders across SABMiller 

� Build up Analytics and Data Mining capabilities based on robust data quality assurance 

� Define and agree an evolving roadmap to improve reporting capabilities about self-service dashboards and out-of-the-box reports utilization 

� Mentoring and guiding Reporting Service team to grow up his empowerment and capabilities as well as his understanding of business requirements

� Chair Report Portfolio meetings to gain commonality understanding of requirements and avoid issues on Service Management Tool Service 

� Interact with associated projects to ensure successful handover of new Reporting capabilities into operation 

� Liaise with the Reporting Stakeholders throughout the Reporting Service lifecycle in order to o Resolve issues preventing the correct operation of the service o Improve the maturity performance and quality of the service. o Get endorsement about Reporting Service and gain customer satisfaction Education and Certification Comments

Experience details: 

� Proven knowledge of Service Now Reporting capabilities

� Desirable knowledge on Service Now Business Analytics capabilities 

� Background on Crystal Enterprise and Designer and MS SQL Server 

� Desirable background on other Analytic technologies like BI SAP 

� Others like Excel VBA Macros and XML are desirable 

� Competent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint Project Word and Excel

Technical Skill Details: 

� Experience leading Service Reporting function in complex and matrix organizations 

� Strong planning and managing delivery to plan as well delegating skills 

� Strong business acumen and customer oriented 

� Ability to build liaison with dispersed reporting stakeholders and drive customer services 

� Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve problems and follow through to completion 

� Ability to deliver results with right quality and attention to detail 

� Proactive and preventive orientation to anticipate and drive issues

� Ability to deliver under pressure working 

� Collaboration Communication and Decision making skills

� Good command of written/verbal business English
