Knowledge and Experience Required
•Proven knowledge on Service Now Tool and out-of-the-box practices
•Proven experience on Service Now implementation from functional perspective (linked to in-scope processes: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Assets and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management)
•ITIL Level 2 certification
•Competent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word and Excel

•Owner of SM Tool to underpin predictable and repeatable practices based on ITIL processes
•Ensure implementation is driven by standardization, automation, simplification, self-service and out-of-the-box practices
•Accountable for evolution of the SM Tool to underpin processes and meet business needs
•Support successful handover of new capabilities into operation
•Liaise with the stakeholders of SM tool in order to
oUnderstand business needs and reflect this in the evolution plan
oImprove the maturity and standardization of implemented processes
oSupport training needs about SM tool
oProvide guidance about out-of-the-box practices
