Handle client escalations, create post mortem
Skillset – Non-technical (Basic Unix, Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL will be preferred)
Knowledge of SLA / KPI for production support
Incident Management Knowledge - Log all requests and incidents, categorize and prioritize them, Users Entitlement Requests.
Real time monitoring: Email notifications, Resolution of frequently occurring (known issues) user incidents or service requests using documentation
