Enterprise Mobility Technologies & Special Knowledge

·  At least 6+ years of experience with predominant mobility & related technology experience

·  3+ of consulting & project management experience

·  Should have hands-on experience in end to end solution development and implementation experience; involving Architecting, Designing, Developing & Delivering niche solutions (Ideation to Enterprise integration) employing mobile as well as other complementing technologies

·  Strong experience & specialization in Mobility Technologies like Android, IOS, Windows Phone/Mobile, HTML5 in Designing, Developing and Architecting Mobile apps in Native as well as MEAP/MADP platforms

·  Desirable to have working knowledge on Auto-ID Technologies like RFID (Passive & Active), GPS, Barcode & Biometrics, NFC, Bluetooth (BLE) etc.,

·  Should have experience in understanding / designing the workflow and technical architecture of the Hybrid applications involving .Net/Java, Web, Databases, multiple applications, h/w technologies & Mobility

·  Experience in Hardware-Software Integration & Sync Management, while working with Communication Technologies like GSM/GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth as well as online/offline mechanism (any mBaaS experience is a plus)

·  Must have at least one instance of integration experience between mobile apps and any enterprise system

·  Exposure to market trends & latest technologies

·  Exposure to at least two industry verticals by means of different projects

·  Proof-of-concept Ideation, Development / Demonstrations

·  Good experience in providing consulting-led approach to customers

·  Good communication skills with international exposure while working on projects and direct interaction with clients

·  Experience dealing with Sales & Presales teams in bidding and proposal building process

·  Passion in technology and in being up-to-date in latest market trends (VR, AI, AR, machine learning etc.,)

Project Management

·  Experience in Architecting, Delivering & Implementing Cutting Edge projects involving various hardware & software technologies

·  Preparation of Business Case, Concept Note, Proposals & Case studies

·  Development of System & Integration Architecture

·  Software Development Life Cycle

·  Hardware & Software requirement analysis

·  Software Design & Development using multiple software technologies

·  Project Planning & Project Management

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

·  Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent
