Description :
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
Lead design,, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP CRM business processes
Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Breitling Bentley GT Replica
Support the existing productive implementation of SAP CRM and resolve incidents based on pre-defined processes and identify and ensure any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents
Documenting all aspects of the SAP CRM implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction. Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required. Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
Coach, mentor and train other SAP CRM functional consultants and supports their growth and learning

External: Business Process Owners and Stakeholders of Alfanar Electrical, Construction and Ceramic Divisions
Minimum Qualifications:
AnyDegree
5-7 years’ experience
Functional subject matter expert in SAP CRM business processes
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years as a functional consultant in SAP CRM
At least 2-3full lifecycle implementation of SAP CRM
SAP CRM Certification is a plus
