Description :
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead large scale implementation projects with a focus on web content management (WCM) solutions such as Adobe AEM (CQ), effectively managing project scope, schedule, and assigned tasks
* Apply specific functional and technical knowledge of WCM applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
* Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
* Create detailed project work plans from estimated scope of work, assign project plan tasks to team members and oversee the development of project deliverables
* Manage project timelines & budgets and provide in-depth status reports to engagement management and client team
* Track and manage all project related issues and assist with risk identification and mitigation planning
* Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members
* Oversee client relationships on a daily basis, providing creative solutions and managing their expectations
* Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
* Develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run team meetings
* Articulate and clearly communicate the solution being developed with all the stake holders
Basic Qualifications:
*5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using Agile SCRUM methodologies
*3+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications
*2+ years of project management experience, delivering technology solutions
*Comes from Java and Java based WCM Background
*Min 50 People handled
