•5+ years of experience in implementing & supporting Oracle HRMS modules 11i & R12.
•Should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas
•4-5 years of domain Experience Functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS spanning releases 12.
•Expertise in Oracle HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, OTL, OLM, Compensation workbench modules.
•Experience in minimum 3-4 R12 implementation, upgrade or support projects.
•Minimum of one year on implementation Development Upgrade Ability to demonstrate product capability POC to the client Manage client expectations.
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
