-The Candidate should have 12 - 15 years of experience having worked IT services and product companies in the banking sector for a minimum of 8 years.

-Expert knowledge of Banking, ideally both Retail and Corporate

-Solutioning experience, with deep understanding of industry drivers, business processes and application of newer technologies

-Work in a collaborative manner with multiple technology teams without and outside the organization

-Excellent Presentation skills and networking with CXO-level clients

-Experience in presales support with high quality thought leadership papers and presentations

-Consulting experience having worked as a principal in strategic assignments

-Exposure to US/ UK/ European/ Indian/ Middle East Markets

-Candidate should have be a Masters from a reputed management collage. Experience in banks/financial institutions will be an added advantage.
