5+ years of experience with Filenet.

Filenet with Java/J2ee.

Good Knowledge in filenet Design & Development.

Development Background with the J2EE (current or 1.5 min.) platform

In depth knowledge of IBM FileNet Java APIs

Knowledge of Web Architectures like Web Services, JSP/Servlet, MVC

Knowledge of JDBC with strong SQL and Stored Procedure development skill-sets

Development and support of IBM FileNet (Software, Hardware, Process) in a high-availability Linux and Windows environment

Creation of new and maintenance of document management workflows leveraging BPM, BPF, CM, Capture and OCR

Monitoring and tuning all software to maintain web-delivery performance

Exposure on upgrading FileNet to newer platform (5.1 to 5.2)

Nice to have Application Server (Jboss and/or Websphere), IBM Content Manager On Demand & Adobe LiveCycle.
