JD:
•Experience developing solutions on a web application platform
•Design and development expertise in the following web technologies: Java, RDBMS, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, UI Frameworks(JQuery/Anguler JS), JSF and Web Services etc.
•Familiarity with the following web technologies: Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, WebLogic and Tomcat, etc.
•Ability to assess and solve problems, grasp concepts quickly, and design solutions
•Documentation skills to draft communication with clarity understood by business partners and detail essential to technology partners
•Project discipline to plan and follow-up design and development-related activities
•Familiarity with mortgage data and lending processes
•Relationship experience with business partners (SMES, stakeholders, PMs) and technology partners (architects, data analysts, application developers, QA analysts)
Skills and Qualifications:
•5+ years application development and implementation experience - Design, hands-on coding.
•Expertise in Core Java, J2EE – JSP, Servlets, JMS , EJB, Java Web Services (SOAP, Axis2, CXF), design patterns, Hibernate, Spring,Struts and JSF. .
•Good experience in analyzing and resolving memory and performance related issues using profiling tools.
•Strong experience in working with servers like weblogic, tomcat.
•Strong experience in troubleshooting and triaging Java/J2EE related issues.
•Very good at communication, coordination.
•Analytical skills to solve problems, grasp concepts quickly.
•Relationship skills to effectively partner with the business (SMEs, stakeholders, PMs) and technology (architects, data analysts, application developers, QA).
