CSR’s will provide entry-level support to NetApp customers/ Client seeking support on services, products and sale.
Responsible for opening and managing customer support cases, processing parts orders, dispatching for on-site services, processing autosupports and managing other non-technical areas of support.
• Exp - Min 1 year of experience ( Full time )in German
• Good English communication
• Should be able to speak read , write and speak Italian well
• Should look out B2 and C level certification in Language
