• Excellent Technical skills in Genesys CIM 8.x framework with implementation and migration knowledge.

• Solid knowledge in SIP, INFOMART, Interactive Insights, Genesys Multimedia set up and implementation.

• Expertise in Skill based routing.

• Interact with the customer IT team and gather all the required information by asking the right questions

• Make sure that existing contact center setup (Genesys applications) are up to the standard with latest versioning and provide recommendations working with Genesys Vendors and SMEs.

• Hands on experience in fixing Infomart related issues
