- Exposure to Oracle ORMB - Oracle Revenue & Billing Management Application & or Oracle Customer Care& Billing (CC&B)
- Strong hands on experience in Product Implementation of at least one Banking Solution ( eg : Temenos, Finacle)
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis and Documentation, Development of Use Cases,
- Knowledge of BA tools like UML, Microsoft Visio, ARIS Business Designer, Blueprint Requirements Center,
- Assisting in Business Case, GAP Analysis. facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Strong Banking & Financial Services Domain knowledge with hands on Core Banking Products like Temenos, Finacle.
- At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem Definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Excellent Communication Skills, Stakeholder management.
- Candidate must conduct knowledge sharing sessions across functional teams.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Critical thinking abilities is a must.
