JD:
3-8 years of IT experience in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 administration.
Design and Implementation of Exchange 2013.
Experience working on Database Availability Group.
Experience with support and administration of environments with high-availability.
Disaster recovery technologies such as clustering and replication.
Experience in configuring exchange mail routing - Install and configuring Exchange roles, DB, address list and message routing.
Experience in Exchange Server migration to 2007/2010/2013.
Understanding of SCOM Management Pack and configuring on exchange.
Perform 2nd level & 3rd level support to all customers infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.
Work on client project-based initiatives including electronic mail strategy and planning, upgrades of existing Exchange platforms, Office365 migrations and system consolidation typically through broader merger integration initiatives.
SMTP troubleshooting with various encryption and spam filter appliances.
Excellent written and oral communication in English language.
Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must.
Experience in ticket documentation & SLA reporting.
Should hold a valid passport and be ready to travel abroad for project reasons.
