JD :
1.Responsible for day to day L2 / L3 support for Windows & AD infrastructure, including troubleshooting Windows AD/DNS/DHCP/ services issue
2.Must have knowledge on working systems running on VMware and basic knowledge of VM ware
3.Day to day housekeeping – Ensuring that servers are healthy and have adequate hardware capacity
4.AD tasks – Group policies, Account and security group management, User permissions
5.Adminsitartion File & Print Servers – Strong knowledge to troubleshoot Printer and file and folder level permissions
6.Day to day interaction with onsite teams to resolve incidents
7.Raising, discussing and executing change management tasks
8.Must investigate and diagnose Problems. Proactively review Incident trends. Execute Tasks that are not well defined requiring a deeper level of knowledge and understanding
9.Should be able to independently research and troubleshoot day to day issues related to Windows Server and AD environment
10.Familliarluty to industry standard backup tools eg. Net backup
11.Basic knowledge on MS Exchange based user management, mailbox permissions, distribution lists, mailbox account management etc
12.Must be able to work independently to manage technical issues and hence, should be able to work independently.
13.Must investigate and diagnose Problems. Proactively review Incident trends. Execute Tasks that are not well defined requiring a deeper level of knowledge and understanding.
14.Must be able to basic troubleshooting on standard applications running on Windows servers
