• Should be proficient on Active Directory
• Must have designed and implemented Active Directory environments
• Must have executed migrations from previous versions of Active Directory to 2008 / 2012
• Must have executed migrations Inter forest and Intra forest
• Must have designed and implemented File & Print and DFS environments
• Must have executed File & Print migrations
• Must have executed File Server to DFS migrations
• Understanding the scope of project
• Review of the assessment report of application and server
• Upgrade to the necessary technical competency if required
• Prepare HLD and LLD for the migration
• Presentation of HLD + LLD to customer
• Understand modification and finalize the report
• Prepare migration plan and coordinate with vendor
• Perform testing of application in new platform and
• coordination with application teams
• Perform live migration/up gradation of application server
• Provide support post migration
• Prepare handover document and run book for operation
• Working knowledge of Application migration and migration tools like AppZero
• Application Assessment and compatibility tools like Factfinder from Blue stripe and Change Base from Dell
Very good knowledge on heterogeneous environments
Very good knowledge with native ADMT & 3rd party migration tools such as Quest / Binary
• Writing HLD/LLD, Migration Run Book, SOP, SOW, SCOPE Document.
• Writing & Responding to RFP/RFI also doing Industry
• Excellent knowledge in couple of following areas: at least 2-7 years’ experience
