SPOC for Distributed systems, understand S/W requirement, able to provide options and make decisions, knowledge of licensing and costing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience in Client facing role like consulting, building IT solutions, implementation of IT solutions
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment within IT business
- Ability to work with minimal management direction and communicate well with internal customers.
Technical experience and knowledge in the following area:
Mid-Range/Server (Windows, Linux, UNIX), installation, storage, backups, virtualization, network, Security.
- Should have good understanding on licensing part with different middleware/components provided by Microsoft and VMware.
- Should have good understanding with MS offered products like (SQL, SharePoint, IIS, MS Office Suits, azure).
- Positive attitude, self-driven and motivated, Team Player / Individual Contributor
- Should understand SLA and Contracts and follow-ups with Vendors on SLA based and contractual services.
- English – fluent.
