An experienced Performance specialist with 12+ yrs of experience in the support of z/OS and related products.
Knowledge and experience of monitoring products such as SYSVIEW,RMF, SAS, MXG and SMF data is essential bv Demonstrated skills in analyzing and resolving performance issues .
This position will be required to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems.
Solutions must be thorough, practical and consistent with organization objectives.
- Candidates must have a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards related to z/OS System installation and management .
- Demonstrate the skill and ability to independently analyze system performance issues and perform necessary activities to address those.
- Excellent working knowledge of mainframe infrastructure technologies and architecture.
- Working knowledge of major subsystems such as: CICS, DB2, JES2, TSO/ISPF - Familiarity with REXX - Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal communications skills .
- Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills.
- Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task at hand.
- Passion for teamwork, career growth, and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Technical.
Skill Details:
