• The candidate must have proven record of working on eLearning projects with 3-5 years of experience.
• This profile requires the candidate to work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators and the client to design the user interface, course navigation, assessment strategy and eLearning screens.
• The eLearning Developer will be responsible for developing visually attractive and dynamic eLearning, games, simulations and online learning experiences.
• Must be proficient in using at least one eLearning authoring tool - Captivate, Articulate Storyline or Lectora.
• Must have worked on projects involving variables and dynamic paths.
• Must have created quizzes and complex drag and drop interactions.
• Must have worked on at least one translation project.
• Must have understanding of SCORM standards.
• Must be expert in Adobe Photoshop, Flash Animation & ActionScript 3.0.
