Mandatory skills:
1. Engineering methodologs (UML, Extreme/Agile Programming, BPM, BEPL, ITSM, ITIL, etc.)
2. In-depth knowledge of one or more Operating Systems (Linux, HP-Unix, Windows, etc.)
3. Pega PRPC V6.X development experience
4. Good Pega PRPC V6.X testing experience
5. Comfortable working with standard web and application server products, such as Apache, JBOSS, Glassfish, WebLogic
6. Ability to program and troubleshoot in more than one scripting language (PHP, Perl, Python, etc.)
7. Functional testing, Integration testing, Performance, UAT, End-to-end testing, test automation
Soft skills:
1. Analytical and conceptual thinking
2. Good presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to peers and management
3. Flexibility and communication skills
