Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 yrs - 6 yrs

Mandatory skills:

1. Knowledge of ITIL

2. Pega PRPC v 6/7.x development, Development knowledge in JAVA

3. SQL - MySql or Oracle,

4. Strong experience in Apache, J2EE, JBOSS, Glassfish, WebLogic

5. Development experience on Unix/Linux systems

6. Python, Ruby, Perl, Php

Good to have:

1.Ability to work with latest Software Engineering methodology (UML, Extreme/Agile Programming, BPM etc.)

2. PMF knowledge

3. Experience in Usability and User Interface design will be highly appreciated

Soft skills:

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Adaptability / Flexibility

3. Analytical and conceptual thinking

4.Good presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to peers and management
