JOB SYNOPSIS:

ROLE: Admission Counselor

DESIGNATION: Sr. Counselor / Coordinator

EXPERIENCE: 2 + Years

JOB LOCATION: Bangalore

POSITIONS: 2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Cold Calling

* Handling telephonic & walk-In inquiries

* Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses

* Identifying the psychology of parents

* Convince and convert the inquiries into Admissions

* Should convert the prospective leads into registrations

* Achieve sales targets through student registrations.

* Should be able to handle work under pressure to achieve targets.

* Should be able to design business mails

* Visiting Schools and colleges for presentations.

* To conduct counseling workshops

* Conducting Seminars

* Should have basic working knowledge in MS-Office. Esp. excel.

* Preparing MIS Report.

DESIRABLES:

* Should have excellent communication skills.

* English Speaking ability with any of the local languages (Hindi / Marathi / Telugu / Tamil / Bengali any other) is preferred.

* Knowledgeable about Admission processes in private colleges.

* Good to have knowledge about various admission systems in different Indian universities.

* Should have great convincing skills

* Should have good lead generation ability

* Prior BPO experience would be added advantage..
