We are looking for Sr. Recruitment Executives for our own company, please find the below mentioned JD.

Some Major KRA’s of a technical recruiter.

* Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle.
* Must have relevant hands on experience on IT Recruitment
* Should have sound knowledge about sourcing through various techniques such as, portals, social networking sites. like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and in our internal database
* Sound Experience in Resume vetting
* Must have in depth knowledge of IT skills.
* Client & Candidate Coordination
* Negotiate/convince the candidate with regard to salary, relocation & related issues.
* Team Management & Handling
* Daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, feedback reports. Update MIS reports on a weekly basis.

Desirable:

Communication and presentation should be good.
Knowledge of Industry recruitment standards :
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
