We are looking for Jr. Recruitment Executives for our own company, please find the below mentioned JD. 

The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the recruiter also reviews, re-formats and presents resumes to hiring managers. 

Some Major KRA’s  of a technical recruiter.

  1. Review and understand technical job requirements
  2. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  3. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  4. Vet the profiles
  5. Coordinate for Technical Interviews 
  6. Follow up with candidates
  7. Format resumes meeting client expectations
  8. Foster long-term relationships with candidates tag heuer replica

  4. Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
