Job Description:
- Act as an expert providing solutions and guidelines on Virtualization and Cloud technologies as required.
- Work closely with Delivery and Support teams, professional services and Business Analysts and Solution
- Architect to ensure a world-class customer experience with Virtualization products.
- Assist delivery teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.
Overall responsibilities include:
- 9+ years of experience as Architect role with at least 4 of those years focused on Enterprise Virtualization.
- Broad and deep technical experience with enterprise virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare vSphere,
Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical assistance to Delivery teams.
- Strong background in consultative customer engagement with either a major professional services organization or within the services division of a major software company.
- Proven track record of working in a strategic advisory capacity to senior IT and business executives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms.
- Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
Good-to-have skills:
- Good Knowledge on Storage, Network, OS is preferred
- Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer presentation skills
