- Strong technical knowledge in HPUX, Linux
- Provide analysis and resolve advanced issues with intricate client, server, network, storage issues.
- Provide analysis and resolve issues with intricate technology aspects of business applications (SAP OPEX).
- Create, support, modify, and maintain the most complex systems and programs.
- Create supporting documentation and work instructions.
- Interact with senior management, advise on significant technical issues and coordinate across line of business.
