Incident Management (IM) :- 

- Leading day to day Service Delivery of Technical and Non-Technical Functions. 

- Customize processes based on the clients maturity level with each of the ITIL process (Incident Management etc.). 

- Chair the Daily sync up call for all the teams and discuss outstanding issues. 

- PR to DR critical scheduled activity (CRQ) 

- Responding to all input regarding unplanned service interruptions from customers and internal IT. 

- Chair Bridge calls for effective coordination, incident resolution, service restoration.
