Mobility Support -
- Developing & Updating the project specific Mobility Consulting & Service Capability Decks.
- Interacting with various vendors & partners for clarifications & technical support for resolving issues requiring L4 Support.
- Staffing, Solutioning & Sizing for clients & drafting proposals.
- Creation of Capability Matrix on MDM Solution & Tool highlighting.
- Coordination with client & vendor for upgrades.
- Monitoring and management of the MDM Infrastructure, which may include (GFE, BES etc)
- Prepare white paper & Analyst reports as and when ever required
- Prepare Reference Architecture diagram of the customer, Responsible for all the design documents.
- Handle escalations & critical issues relating to MDM environment.
- MDM Client installation in various Device platform like iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry etc
