Windows Active Directory:-
- Administering, installing, upgrading, monitoring and maintaining MS Windows server infrastructure including Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 servers in multiple domains.
- Good understanding of Active Directory (about Forest/Domain Architecture, Replication, Disasters recovery).
a.Administering MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS services.
- Monitor all Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns.
- Responsible for security compliance, backup and other related operational areas.
- Server Building, installations, configurations, day-to-day administration and Patching the servers on Monthly basis.
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Battery issues as they arise.
- Document issues and associated resolutions to problems.
- Good understanding of Exchange 2007 / 2010.
- Good understanding of Exchange Components:-
a. Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Public Folders, Free/Busy
