Windows Exchange --

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 2008 and 2012 servers

- Administer and maintain Active Directory, Exchange and MS SQL

- Automation and monitoring using power shell and 3rd party monitoring tools

- Follow existing procedures and provide feedback for process improvement

- Work with IIS Version 6, 7 and 8 web servers

- Write how-to and technical reference documentation
