      Job Description:

      Plan & execute the client deliverable.

      Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

      Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

      Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.

      Build a world class delivery excellence center for superb execution

      Identify best practices, sourcing channels to understand the market and develop creative         sourcing strategies for long term and continuous growth of talent pool.

      Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team by building capabilities through programs and processes that enable a simpler, faster and better end to end recruitment process.

      Develop team skills, knowledge and capabilities to source, attract and acquire talent, and build a   pipeline of quality candidates to fulfill the hiring needs of the external client.

      Desired Profile:

      5 or more years of   experience into recruitment 

      3 or more years of Team Handling & Key Account Handling experience. 

      Excellent written and verbal communication skill to ensure effective communication with clients and the internal team.

      Ability to handle & mentor team size of Ten or more members 

      Should be a self starter and tenacious to progress and succeed in a fast paced environment.

      Strong understanding and expertise in using professional networking sites including LinkedIn,       various web based search

      Knowledge of current industry trend in recruitment 

      Should have proven track record of generating business by maximum closures of the open  positions.
