Job Description:

- At least 6 to 8 years of experience exclusively in Scripting technology using WMI & VB, Perl etc with End User Technology experience.

Automation:

Minimizing reporting issues with automation solutions, developing tools for day to day complex or tedious activities. i.e. experience on Tools development for automation.

- Good Understanding of End User Computing / End User supporting services.

- Strong programming skills in ASP.Net (3.5/4.0)/VB.Net, Java Script.

- Technical expert in all aspects of Database Administration in MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008 / 2008R2 /2012

- SME knowledge in the area of Desktop L2/L3 technologies - Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8.1, AD, WMI, Scripting using VB, Perl Scripting.

Good to have:

- Service Desk Background Desktop Support: OS Issues, Application Issues, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Network Related, VPN Software

- Application Developement knowledge using Visual Studio/VC++/C#
