An individual contributor in a consulting & Professional services team, who is focused on driving complete delivery of ServiceNow projects alongwith a goal to deliver projects operational effectiveness (schedule, quality).
Overall responsibilities include:
- Expert in ServiceNow tools rollout and associated project deliverables in an onsite/offshore model (MUST).
- Expert level working experience in developing, designing, configuring servicenow modules
- A thorough understanding of the ITSM process issues and challenges
- Good estimation, communication skills as onsite single point of contact
- Knowledge monitoring tools implementation
- Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information and present the same to stakeholder in a simple manner
- Create project schedule, estimation, what-if analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer presentation skills
