- 6-8 years of total DW/BI experience and at least 4 years of MongoDB experience

-Strong experience with MongoShell commands, query operators

-Experience with schema modeling in mongodb and differences with doing same in RDBMS

-Good understanding of MongoDB architecture and nosql databases

-Hands-on experience with performance optimization techniques like aggregation pipeline, sharding, mapreaduce etc.
