- Must have 6-8 years of Total IT experience with minimum 2+ years of IBM DataPower (XI52 / XI50 / XG45)
- Should have 4+ years of experience on Integration tools such as MB/IIB /DataPower (XI52 / XI50 / XG45)
- Must play a key role in implementing the Enterprise Service strategy utilizing services oriented architecture.
- Should have done a solution design and architecture for at least 2+ years
- Must have lead a team of 5+ members
- Should have done Customer Facing roles for 1-2 years
- Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
