Madatory to have experience on Tibco BE
- Must have 3 to 7 years of experience on TIBCO BE, BW
- Experience in developing software using Tibco products(BE, BW , Hawk, Tibco Admin, Spotfire etc)
- Good knowledge of Java/ J2EE, Webservices,XML , XSL, JMS, Linux, Shell/perl scripting
- Good understanding of TIBCO BE Concepts like Rules, Events etc
- Good communication and analytical skills are must.
- Experience in onsite-offshore model.
- Must be able to lead a team of 5 to 8 team members
