Handled multiple projects for IT Service Management (ITSM) tools implementation and customization based on ITIL best practices and project management based on PMI best practices
- Design of workflows of the processes in Service-Now.
- Configure Service-Now tool for the defined processes.
- Design and develop scripts for any customization required.
- Technical implementation and support of various service-now modules
- Maintain service now instances including:
- Building, testing, rolling out new workflow
- Building, running reports on a regular basics
- Troubleshooting Expertise in Discovery/CMDB.
Experience on integration of SNOW with other tools like TROUX etc. Core Skills
- ITSM Tool implementation, Administration and Management
- ITIL Process design & implementation
- ITSM Tool customization and scripting knowledge
- Good knowledge of database technologies Professional Certifications:
- ITIL V3 Foundation (Required)
- ITIL V3 Intermediate (Desired)
Service-Now Administration (Desired) Technical Skills ITSM Tools:
- Working knowledge of tools such as HP Service Manager, Service Now, BMC Remedy & CA Service Desk.
- Expertise with MS Excel for reporting, tool creation and scripting. Education Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline.
