- Associate should have strong IT IL process knowledge and able to work in 24/7 production support.
- Should have strong UNIX, SQL knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills along with incident and change management knowledge.
- Should able to work with team and customer on regular basis.
- Windows AD Design & Implementation:
- Should be proficient on Active Directory
- Must have designed and implemented Active Directory environments
- Good to have knowledge in designing Exchange environment
- Must have implemented large scale Exchange environments
- Must have executed migrations from previous versions of Active Directory to 2008 / 2012
- Must have executed migrations Inter forest and Intra forest
- Must have designed and implemented File & Print and DFS environments
- Must have executed File & Print migrations
- Must have executed File Server to DFS migrations
